Margot Wendling

Program Director

Margot Wendling has joined the World Sufficiency Lab as Program Director. In this role, she oversees and manages all the lab's activities.    

Previously, she worked as Sustainability Project Manager at the Life Sciences Faculty of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) (external link), where she worked with scientists, technicians and students in different ways to integrate sustainability in the faculty.

Margot holds two master’s degrees, one in Life Sciences Engineering -with a specialization in Neurosciences and Neuroengineering- from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland (external link), and one in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH) in Sweden (external link).

She is passionate about using science to drive profound systemic and political changes and hopes to contribute to a brighter future for all humans and forms of life.
