Prof. Anthony Elliott is Dean of External Engagement of the University of South Australia. Anthony writes about identity, society, globalization, AI and the digital revolution. His research has had a lasting impact upon social theory and sociology worldwide. He is the author and editor of over 40 books, which have been translated or are forthcoming in over 18 languages. His recent books include The Culture of AI, Identity Troublesand Reinvention. Professor Elliott is Dean of External Engagement at the University of South Australia (UniSA), where he is based in the Research and Enterprise Portfolio in Chancellery. He is also Executive Director of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence at UniSA, and Research Professor of Sociology in UniSA: Justice and Society. He is Super-Global Professor of Sociology (Visiting) at Keio University, Japan, and Visiting Professor of Sociology at UCD, Ireland. Professor Elliott is a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in the United Kingdom, the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia, a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Society, and a Senior Member of King's College, Cambridge.
